I expect a very high standard of cleanliness from my own staff and this is also asked of the agency, the girls work very hard and their cleaning is always to this standard. I have never had to speak to them regarding their standards.
The girls are always polite, kind and caring towards our residents and nothing is too much trouble, they work very well in a team environment as well as using their own initiative when working alone. They are always on time and dressed in their bight and colourful uniform which all our ladies love.
I would not hesitate to recommend Dream Clean, I find them all kind, caring, hardworking, reliable and honest, and I don't think you could ask for much more.""
