AfterBurn Fitness was set up in June 2016. The main objective? To help people conquer what they believe to be unachievable!
Having lived and breathed sport, exercise and fitness for years, this business enables me to pursue what I love. I am a fully registered exercise professional with the governing body (REPs), holding all the appropriate qualifications and insurance.
No matter how far fetched you believe your goals to be; together we can make them a reality. So, why in particular would you choose me? Simply, you will get 100% commitment on my part; motivating and empowering you to achieve success at all costs! Below are some of the main areas I cover:
