The House A charming grade II listed country house with stunning views over Goodwood, Rooks Hill has been painstakingly renovated to create a tasteful combination of character and contemporary style. It offers three individually designed, light and airy, luxury en-suite bedrooms and two spacious, luxury self-catering apartments.

Rooks Hill has a lovely, sunny, oak beamed breakfast room and lounge. During the winter you will be warmed by the roaring log burner; whilst in the warmer months the doors open onto the pretty
wisteria-clad courtyard.
The historic Roman city of Chichester is just 2 miles down the road, the beautiful Sussex coast is only 15 minutes in the car and there are wonderful country walks just a stones' throw away.
