All monitoring and management is carried out using standard management protocols (WMI, SNMP, RDP etc) and we can monitor any asset that makes use of these protocols – software, hardware performance and capacity management, network performance, software updates, security patch management, anti-virus, online backups, amongst others. Monitoring and management is done through our cloud-based management console that gives us a complete overview of the entire network from a central location.
