Absolutely diabolical!! Booked a cab for 07.30am to go to Leatherhead. Booked 5 days in advance, it was so important. They never showed up!!! But sent another company, who arrived 45 minutes later. He then refused to take me to Leatherhead as he had to pick his child up for a school run, so he dropped me at the railway station! I got to the railway station at 08.30 and finally got to leatherhead at 10.45, over 2 hours late. The owner has apologised, but the real question is why is Waverly district council allowing companies to operate like this?? This shambles could have cost me my job, not a night out or a day trip!!! I advise everyone to start reviewing these companies before using them, we will never use these people again, had to give one star, wish it was possible to give it a minus one.
